International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Return

  2. Select the order and items you wish to return
  3. Print the prepaid return label (for domestic orders)
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the correct size or color. This ensures faster processing and guarantees item availability.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
